Seedz (Steamboat Springs)

What a wonderful spot. The flavors are outstanding and the ingredients are so fresh. We had the mushrooms lettuce wraps (my favorite), cashew noodles with shrimp, Bibimbap with Salmon and TIRAMISU. One of the best tiramisus I’ve ever had. We loved every bite and left feeling full, nourished and happy. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait to visit again.

New owners, same great dishes, plus new ones that are fantastic!! We had one original dish (Honey Yuzu Ginger Salmon) and two new dishes (Kalbi Short Ribs and Kao Soi Chicken Ramen). All were excellent. If you are ever in Steamboat Springs, this is a must try for dinner.

I had such a wonderful experience at Zeeds Café! The food was absolutely delicious – every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The balance of authentic Thai flavors with a creative fusion twist made it really stand out from other spots. The service was just as impressive as the food. The staff were warm, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish, making sure everything was perfect without ever feeling rushed. The atmosphere is cozy yet contemporary, which makes it a great place for both casual meals and special occasions. Highly recommend trying their signature dishes and refreshing drinks, I love Green Monster Smoothies – you won’t be disappointed! I’ll definitely be coming back again and again. 10 out of 10.👍

Seedz is hands down some of the best food in Steamboat! The Khao Soi was honestly some of the best ramen I’ve ever had—I seriously considered ordering another one to go because it was that good. We also loved the garlic soy edamame. My husband ordered the gyudon beef bowl and it was incredible as well. We’ve also stopped in for lunch before, and it’s such a great healthy spot to eat in town. They also have great options for vegans, which makes it an easy place for everyone to enjoy. Highly recommend!

Awesome everything. Food, service, ambience, were all 5 star. Can’t wait to come back here and try some other dishes. We had lettuce wraps, bibimbap, cashew noodles and a tiramisu. It was all great.
