Pizza was delicious. The dough was really light and crispy which was great but $25 for a simple pie is pretty pricy for a medium (8 slice) pizza. The table shaker filled with their house blend of herbs is by far my favorite thing from here. Small selection of drinks available as well.
Wow the service here is impecable. Our server was attentive, inclusive, and knowledgeable. It's giving fine dining energy. Highly recommend doing drinks and cocktails on their patio. Great selection of local beers. The food...maybe we were unlucky and it was their slow Tuesday. An off day perhaps. We had the fennel sausage pie. It could just be a different style and preparation of pizza that's new to us. Visually it was fine. Crust all throughout was unpleasantly dry, not the crispy finish you`d expect. It was confusing not getting a nice crisp clean bite, an unpleasantly spongy and rigid dough. Overall flavor was bland. Objectively, the texture and mouth-feel was inconsistent. To be fair, prepping pizza dough, getting the water and moisture just right, timing, and proofing is skilled wor
place a pickup order, it was ready on time, which was great. Pie was crisp and tasted excellent surviving the 15 minute drive back. However, the clam pizza had alot of sand and one piece even had a piece of shell, so that was definitely an unpleasant experience. Husband liked the clam pizza more than the mushroom despite the shell. The brussel salad was tasty, it was nice that it wasn't too salty given that the olives are already super salty, so as long as you eat the brussel sprouts, croutons, and olives together, it was a good balance of flavor. The "cheesecake" was overpriced and was not a cheesecake at all... it was more like cream. Overall, a bit overpriced, but if you like thin/crispy pizza, you'll love it. Taking off another star due to the clam shell...
Pizza perfection! Excellent balance and discipline. Crispy crust but still has fluff. Sauce does NOT add sugar (very common mistake other places make) and all the ingredients are fresh.
Good pizza, unique recipes! We enjoyed the spinach and moral pizza: thin crust with lots of flavor. Minor complaint is that it’s super greasy, but I guess it’s a pizza.
