Serrano's Bakery

My daughter went to buy bread and she saw this in her Chocolate chip cookie. It's something hard inside. This place had change now. The bread is not soft like before. The price is expensive.

Girl at the register was not friendly at all. She was on her phone the whole time with her headphones on. Very bad customer service . Bread was okay nothing special. And I also found out they don’t make cakes anymore but girl didn’t even bother to tell me why . Anyway over all , 1 start for okay bread and 1 star for location which is convenient to me.

The people running this place don’t wear mask despite being in the thick of the coronavirus pandemic, and the governor has mandated mask. They’re handling food, I don’t get what’s going through their mind. To add insult to injury, they have signs up saying that they will not offer service without a mask, but when I went there was 3 people there without mask, just hanging out. I will not be buying from them again.

I recomend this place for their bolillos or birotes, fresh and hot everytime i go. The last for a long time with out geting stiff to soon. Love their polvorones, only place u'll find them.

Not a good selection on pastry only have a few pieces and a small coffee pot it only has one small wall with a shelf and a counter that’s all
