Señor Birria

Señor Birria is as authentic as I’ve ever had in Mos Los Alamitos. The meat was flavorful, consume loaded with extra yumminess. I wish I took photos of our dishes but we immediately devoured them. We had the Birria Chilaquiles (it’s a large portion so be hungry or share), Birria tacos dorados, Queso Birria taco and Birria Cali Burrito. Each dish was fantastic. We had all beef dishes but they also offer chicken birria too. They offer a salsa bar. The light orange color salsa is super mild. The dark red was spicy and had a rich Smokey flavor. They had a chunky red one and it had some heat but I could literally eat that on anything! They also had pickled red onions but were too spicy for me. They were delicious though. Staff was pleasant, prompt and professional. It’s a beautiful location too

Señor Birria lives up to all the hype and then some. The service is great – friendly staff, quick even when it’s busy, and they throw in complimentary extras like fresh limes and salsas that really elevate the meal. The food is incredibly fresh, and you can tell the quality is top-notch from the first bite. The birria meat is tender, juicy, and packed with that rich, authentic flavor – slow-cooked to perfection without being overly greasy or salty. I tried the classic birria plate with consommé, topped with onions and cilantro, served with Mexican rice and refried beans – generous portions that hit the spot. Hello all, saw this place in TikTok and was hoping to be blown out. 1st - Service - NOT GOOD. Cashier always goes to the back and seems very busy even if there is no customers. 2nd - bad food presentation. Food is presented in to-go containers. No silverware and no tortillas handmade. 3rd - birria broth is salty and the rice is very dry. Been to other birria places and by far much better. Would recommend folks to go elsewhere.

I came here Sunday for dinner. The place looks clean but not inviting at all naked walls nine tables with uncomfortable chairs cafeteria like style. The cashier never acknowledged us never offered helped. She was polite but unfriendly .Food is presented in containers to go. What a waste and bad for the environment. The birria was tender and tasted OK. The rice was not Mexican overcooked flavorless. The beans are not refried. They’re blended the salsas not spicy and with no flavor as well… please buy spices. Throw some flavor!!!! The papa loca is served purée style not the whole potato and again flavorless!!!!!! It’s was ok but definitely not coming back

Very clean and nice atmosphere. I’ve been here a few times and have always been greeted with great service. The tortillas for the tacos are so soft and delicious. Their taco Tuesday deals are a steal and are $1 ea! The food is super good too. Would definitely recommend this place.
