Señor Taco

I ordered the 5 corn tortillas supreme two different times now. Absolutely amazing quality and taste. I mean, perfection!! It’s definitely your classic hole in the wall, but don’t let that fool you. So glad I gave this place a chance. Also get the fried plantains with the dipping sauce—pure heaven!!

The young lady that works at the front is rude and not helpful. I asked about the new item on the menu. She said it was soup and asked did I want it. No ingredients or explanation of what the dish was. Then, turn to the people behind her.And they began to make jokes of me in spanish.As if I didn't understand them. I kept cool. got my food. And as I was leaving trying to make light of it by letting her know that i've seen her at my job too. She says okay and walks away. I go to this place at least twice a week. So me helping to pay your paycheck, I won't be doing it anymore. I hope your jokes was worth losing another customer

I decided to try this place because I kept hearing other people talk about it a lot. It wasn’t bad but I thought it could have been better. My main problem was that the chips were not freshly made and were a little cold and I also wasn’t a huge fan of the red salsa. The chips looked homemade and were still good cold but I like having them warm when I go to a restaurant. It was cool that they brought out a tray that had multiple different salsas to try. I got the steak chimichanga which I thought was pretty good but the meat was in pretty small slices. The rice and beans were good and they have good queso. I also tried a bite of the birria taco which was pretty good and really cheesy.

This was my fave taco place, but it’s not as good lately. Food: it was okay but not made how I usually get it: how I requested it. I wanted Shrimp tacos traditional which is cilantro, onion, and line. But she rang up shrimp fajitas and my onions were caramelized causing it to taste too sweet. Crispy tacos were browned too much and the meat was too salty. Service: There was a girl just hanging out on her phone when I walked in. No other customers. And it was several minutes before I was greeted. Also they had no idea how to check me into the clover app. Atmosphere: to be frank… the last couple of times it’s smelled like a bathroom when I walked in to pick up my order. It makes me worry about my food. First time I thought it was a one off, but it was so bad this time, I will not be return

Food was hot and delicious. You could tell it was truly authentic as compared to those big chain Mexican restaurants. This is a small family run business. They also own the grocery store next door. The cashier was very friendly and personable and helped us with some selection choices. I will definitely be going back!
