Shaghf Cafe San Diego

Found this place on Yelp and would 100% recommend. Their açaí bowl is one of the best I’ve ever had. I love ice cream texture consistency with açaí and they had that. They also added Nutella topping which I was skeptical at first for fear of being too sweet, but it was perfect. The service was friendly and the ambiance felt upscale and picturesque. The Spanish Latte was very smooth as well. Recommend this place! Açaí Bowl: 5/5 Spanish Latte Cold Drink: 4.5/5

Super friendly staff and plenty of parking. I went on a Saturday morning right when they opened, and it wasn’t too busy. I had a latte and a pistachio croissant, which was really good—not overly sweet, just the right balance. The vibe was really cool too. The only thing I’d suggest improving is the cutlery; the plastic knife and fork made it a bit tricky to cut the croissant. Other than that, I’d definitely recommend this spot!

Came here today wanting to try something new and I was pleasantly surprised with this spot. I tried their tiramisu late and it was just the right amount of sweet still having a good coffee kick to it. By their drink menu and pastry selection they definitely value quality so everything is reasonably priced in my opinion. The atmosphere is cozy and the music is not too loud you can definitely work, study or talk among your friends. Parking is ample and I would recommend to anyone in the area.

I tried the Dubai crepe at Shagf Cafe — it was good overall. They put chocolate on top, but none inside, which made the crepe a bit dry since it only had kataifi inside. The vibes were great though — nice decor and a really friendly staff. I didn’t get to try the coffee this time, but I’ll definitely come back for it!

Very well decorated. Simple, and very comfortable. The music is very Arab, but in a very pleasant way. The vibe is light, and the customer service is very good.
