Took 55 min to be delivered and they are only 15 min away. Food was bland and boring. Asked for extra white sauce and didn’t get it. White sauce that I did get not authentic. I asked for mixed salad and got all rice with cucumbers. No lettuce. Overwhelming amount cucumbers. Put platter in a 3 compartment container Nothing had good flavor. Highly disappointing for all of us. Never ordering Shahs again. Not authentic at all. I can’t even finish it, it’s garbage.

This is the second time ordering from this place and it is my new favorite halal food place. They serve a good amount in a nice cardboard deep container. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because they don’t give enough white sauce even when requesting it. Other than that I highly recommend them.

Don’t get me wrong for the happy platter for three dollars is a great deal but the people who take your orders are so rude and rush you so fast like come on it isn’t that hard to be speaking like that no hi hello just they say what do you want? Anyways food is good price is good needs work on customer service that’s all.

Ordered the 5pc chicken and ate the drums but the thighs got me food poisoning. Immediately after eating them my stomach felt weird, I brushed it off considering it is a greasy meal however I woke up the next morning throwing up. Also I ordered the mix over rice platter and they skimp on the protein and give an unnecessary amount of rice which makes the bowl seem full. Not to mention the guy up front taking the order, the worst customer service, very rude and unpleasant. Should be an option for zero stars.

Wow, I’m extremely dissatisfied with this place. First of all, the cashier who took our order was incredibly rude. He didn’t even attempt to be polite or friendly. Fortunately, they switched him with another person who was much more pleasant and friendly. However, my dissatisfaction with the food and service remained. It’s ridiculous how they offer 6, 12, or 18 pieces of chicken wings, but for some reason, they refuse to give you 18 pieces and limit you to either 6 or 12, without explaining why. Additionally, if you’re buying 12 or 18 pieces, common sense and fairness suggest that customers should be able to add more dressings or sauces, like at any other place. Instead, they only allow you to choose one flavor, no matter how many wings you order. Furthermore, after ordering one set of 6
