Shake Shack Arsenal Yards

Hands down the best Shake Shack in Boston! I visited on February 7, 2026 around 1 PM, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team made sure the environment was spotlessly clean, and the food quality was top-tier. I ordered the double Korean Shack Burger, and wow!!! the patties were incredibly juicy and flavorful. One of the best burgers I’ve had at Shake Shack. What really stood out was the service. The staff came by to check if we received all our food, which shows how much they care. The entire team delivered five star service. It was snowing outside, yet everyone still showed up with great attitudes and provided extraordinary service and food. Seriously, this whole team deserves a raise! they’ve earned it! Highly recommend this location. I’ll definitely be back 🙌🍔

Had the bacon avocado burger, and the chocolate "blackout" pudding shake. So good. The burgers have that "just greasy eonugh in the best way possible" flavor (moist and beefy), and that shake was very chocolately. Most places that serve a chocolate shake just don't add enough chocolate flavor, but this was VERY chocolatey. I highly recommend. It isn't cheap, though. $75.00 for three people for lunch, so it's a "once-in-a while" treat.

Whenever I’m craving a cheat meal, Shake Shack is my go to! The burgers at this location always hit a little extra, and I never leave feeling weighed down or needing a nap. The restaurant is always clean, and the staff are consistently friendly. Highly recommend!

This place has two vegetarian burger, options and the rest of the menu that all the shake shack has. It was clean and service was prompt and professional. The indoor seating is good and they also have outdoor seating. The lemonade was very tasty. It was $30 for two burgers, fries and a large lemonade.

Husband and I had a late lunch here last weekend. Customer service was nice, the young man at the counter brought our order to the table for us which was kind. Food (Avocado bacon cheeseburgers with cheese fries) was flavorful and filling. Pricey, but what isn’t nowadays 🤷🏾‍♀️.
