Shake Shack

You can’t make customers stand in line for over an hour only to then let them know you’re out of the one thing that makes up your name and brand, SHAKE!!! It was my son’s first game and we missed one third of the game. Have an employee to let customers know you’re out of something or make signs. Set expectations and live up to a standard. Pathetic and disgusting. Plenty of staff standing around doing nothing. Absolutely horrendous experience.

I was thrilled to see a Shake Shack upon entering M&T Stadium. Catching them early is key too! The line was around 15 or so deep and moved pretty quickly. I could tell they had their act together. Orders were taken with efficiency. Two double shack burgers with fries and two chocolate shakes. The total of $65 with tax and tip was a big ouch! The meals pushed out within 10 minutes. Everything hot and tasty. Btw they pre make the shakes and put them in the freezer to move things along. Good experience.

So I went here expecting the mostly normal Shake Shack experience. I admit that I'm biased - more of an InNOut guy but man it was bad. The staff were friendly but that's where the positive things end. Things to fix: - Wait time - 25+ minutes for 4 burgers - we got the stadium early and still missed kickoff - Limited menu - and I mean really limited- they don't even have katsup or mustard behind the counter - 0 specialty burgers - The quality- these burgers were bone dry - BONE DRY - It felt like eating a warmed up softer beef jerky at times. Don't waste your time or money on the Shake Shack brand- just grab a regular dog or hamburger at the stadium.

Never had a bad experience picking up food from here! They’re incredibly quick and the food is well made. The smoke shack burger is my favorite and the hot honey fries!
