Shake Shack

Terrible service milkshake tasted like milk, burger was ice cold along with hotdog that was ordered. Never again will use uber eats took 2 1/2 for delivery arrival and food was ice cold and did not give a full refund. Never again you lost a long time customer

Food is great but the employees (multiple different ones) ask for tips (specifically they prefer cash tips to credit card tips).

Yes I am reviewing a hamburger restaurant. Never dreamed I’d do it; but, Shake Shack is worth a review! I didn’t t have dinner at home ‘cause I had to start for Dead & Co at Phillies stadium. Figured I’d get something safe to eat there and hold my stomach quiet. I saw Shake Shack. Never been. And decided to try it. Burger, lettuce and tomato, hold the cheese. Hold the “special” sauce! That burger was really good. Nice cook. I did see a griddle so these bad boys are not like flame grilled. The burger was slightly larger than the bun which I liked cause who wants to OD on bread. Nice, fresh lettuce and tomato. All groovy. The crinkle cut fries were nice and crispy without being greasy or over salted. That meal hit the spot! And you know it was around $16 which is a little exce

I ordered the MVP milkshake . After waiting in the que for 25 minutes got a warm pre made shake that was just nasty. It was 92 degrees out and just wanted a refreshing cold milkshake. I got anything but what I paid for and wanted !!!! Never going back.

I got a smoke burger it was delicious. The prices are norm. And the service was pretty quick.
