Shake Shack Downtown Crossing

I’m visiting from Montreal, Canada, and while this isn’t my first time at Shake Shack, I wanted to take a moment to highlight an exceptional experience I had at your Washington Street location. I ordered the Korean chicken bites, which personally weren’t my favorite. I politely asked if it would be possible to swap the order for a regular ShackBurger instead, and Christian, the General Manager, kindly accepted my request without any hesitation. The service was truly outstanding—professional, understanding, and customer-focused. Moments like this really make a difference and reinforce why Shake Shack stands out as a brand. Thank you to Christian and the entire team for the wonderful service. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Love Shake Shack and a special thanks to the people working there. Toilets were dirty, they saw it and immediately cleaned it before we used them. Service was quick, food hot and good as usual, what more do you want?

It's a surprisingly good burger for a fast food chain honestly! Patty was nice and crispy, bun was soft and warm and the salad was fresh and crisp. Lemonade was a good choice to wash it down with. Easy to order on the mobile screens and they call out your takeaway order or deliver it to your table number, plenty of seating available.

It is among top 5 burgers I have ever had, with the single patty it is small though. Very delicious and juicy burger. The fries are better portion but the spice on it could have been more equally spread. Ordering at the kiosk is practical and they have table service. The recommended tip is set as default on 10%, that’s more than fair. Serving was fast and enough seating available even in rush hours.
