Shake Shack Encore Boston Harbor

My son planed another short staycation for us at Encore Boston Harbor. After dinner at Totto Ramen in Assembly Row, we still had room for another bite, so we stopped by Shake Shack downstairs after playing some games at the casino. The location is super convenient, and the burger quality was very good. It was the perfect late-night bite before calling it a day. 🍔✨

Tried the new onion shack stack. Was good but i like the original more.. Nice spot at the casino , food was ready fast but slow to give it to me. I wish they had water outside and not in the back that has to be requested Phone app ordering possible or at the kiosk or counter

This is one of the least expensive options to eat inside the casino. The food and service was good. I ordered a double cheeseburger, crinkle fries and a large diet Coke for just under $20. All ordering is done at kiosks (see photos) where you type in your order and pay. Then they will call your name and or text you when your food is ready, pretty cool! Pretty cool atmosphere being inside the casino and there are lots of TVs in the sitting area where you can watch different sports events.

For a place that boasts about offering gluten free options, I was disappointed when my food was contaminated not once but twice. We were told we should have eaten prior to visiting the casino. Manager was very kind and went back to do the order herself since the kitchen kept messing it up. We were told by another employee that it is a language barrier issue- not an excuse.

The most absolute disgusting most worse place I’ve ever eaten. My homegirl and I stopped by thinking it was a cool joint but little did we know the service was horrible waited 25 minutes to be served and then the place was an absolute complete filth you would think the casino would get rid of these stupid fast food places or at least make it completely clean my friend ordered an avocado burger and all the g gave her was an avocado then I asked for 2 burgers and they give me no burger burnt buns and 3 fries I just called making a complaint
