Shake Shack Florida Mall

We came to mall to kill some time before our flight . The food was really good and had little to no wait . Constantly saw staff helping and cleaning. The atmosphere was a little weird because there was a homeless man playing his videos a bit too loud but other than that very chill .

The hamburger is very tasty. It's "lighter" than the Five Guys burger, and it comes down to personal preference to decide which is best.

Food arrived quickly, something about 5 minutes after I ordered. Everything was great, including the milkshake. Total was around 50 USD including tip, 2 people.

Typical Shake Shack (in the best way possible). Good burgers and fries. Go up to the counter for a soda pop fountain drink refill. The worst part is the crowd and struggle to find good seating. But its not profoundly problematic. If you can survive the parking lot, the rest isn't an issue. Will come here again when in the area.

literally so bad. My boyfriend found a HAIR in his food. It was so disgusting and disapointing and none the less so unsanitary. It was literally cooked into the meat.
