Shake Shack Lees Summit

We visited for a late lunch. SS has been in Lee's Summit for 3-4 years, maybe longer. Due to the high prices that were reported on socials we just weren't that interested. We were fumbling around with where to eat on a Saturday afternoon and landed on a never visited SS. First visit, was a little confusing. Kiosks AND a register with an unmanned counter. We placed our order on the kiosk which was fairly smooth for a first-time user. We tried the pump ketchup out of the ketchup dispensers but both of them were empty, I asked an employee for some ketchup or to refill the ketchup and he delivered ketchup packets, no big deal that was a great solution. Shake shack Never fails!. Staff is very fast here despite being busy. We tried the new milk shake on the menu and loved them! Also the passion fruit with the pomegranate mini boba is super flavorful!.

Recently visited this location with my two favorite guys. Your guesses are correct, my husband and son. My son is ALL about the truffle burgers - which if you know then you know, are limited edition. Aren't our favorite items always limited edition?!? Or discontinued but I digress. My husband had never had one and was eager to try it, so off we went. Me being somewhat a creature of habit - I played it safe and went with my "go to" which is the double Shackburger w/extra cheese, mustard, pickle, onion - Shack sauce on the side. Love their chicken sandwiches here. Was a little disappointed because the spicy chicken was gone, but the nice lady at the counter let me know they do promotional flavors. So I tried the Korean chicken good but not the spicy chicken. Cheese fries are always good. Not too impressed with the root beer float, the ice cream just becomes cream in the root beer.

Ok so, first off there was no men in the women’s bathroom very happy abt that. there was no paper towel in the bathroom also the bathroom stall gaps are insanely large be aware of the gaps the toilet rugs were nice tho, also the toilet were hard to flush also didn’t like the fact that the plants were fake the plants were plastic and plastic isn’t good for our environment. didn’t like the fact the shack shake logo was lgbtq+ on the cups also the lid holes where not centred and now to the food, BEST BURGER PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TO 💯💯💯💯 best customer service and gave us a free burger no questions loved the interior and exterior very clean perfect view of the sunset sorry for my bad punctuation don’t forget to take a pic with shake sigma boy shack( linked photo in the description) LOVED the mil
