Shake Shack Queens Center Mall

Every time I've visited Shake Shack, I've been disappointed. The meat is consistently dry and overcooked, lacking juiciness and flavor. Toppings are minimal, often sparse and insufficient to complement the burger. The fries are bitter and unappetizing, with an unpleasant taste that ruins the experience. In contrast, Five Guys offers a much superior burger experience, with juicier meat, abundant toppings, and flavorful fries.

I recently visited Shake Shack and had a bit of an issue with the burgers we initially received — the meat wasn’t cooked to the level we expected. However, I really appreciate how quickly and professionally the staff handled the situation. They immediately offered us a refund or a remake, and we chose the remake. The second round of burgers came out perfectly — well done and delicious. Mistakes can happen, but what really stood out was their customer service and willingness to make things right. Thank you for turning it around so smoothly!

I’m pregnant and specifically ordered my burger well-done. It tasted great at first, but after a few bites I realized the meat was still pink inside and had to stop eating it. I was really disappointed, as cooking requests are especially important for pregnant customers.

This afternoon I went to eat at the restaurant and the service was terrible. I ordered my food at the table, but it never arrived. I had to go and ask about it, and then I had to carry it myself because the girl who spoke Spanish and English never brought it. Then I went back to tell them that the hamburger I ordered was supposed to have avocado, but it didn't. She told the woman who was delivering the orders, the waitress opened the hamburger, looked at it, and messed it up, and then they gave me the avocado in a paper bag, and I had to put it on myself. There was no customer service. I approached the waitress to ask for her name, and she wouldn't give it to me, saying those were the rules, which I didn't understand. Very bad service.
