Shake Shack River North

As I enjoy having the hot dogs or one of their freshly made burgers, it was a cool experience going to Shake Shack as walking around the Streeterville area as it is not to far away from Michigan Avenue and all of the different lodgings in the Downtown Chicago area. So if you are into Shake Shack and you are in the area, give this location a visit!

I went to pick up my order, and these people were awful. They started talking about me and bullying me, like they were in an arcade, not a restaurant. You can't interfere in other people's business. They talk behind your back and then tell their employees not to show you anything. You can't talk about someone you don't know. You can't ruin people's reputations. Just give him his order and let him go. It's that simple. I don't know what's so difficult about this. You go in happy and leave angry without doing anything wrong. I paid my money. Just give me my order and let him go. That's all.

Burger was absolutely delicious, probably the tastiest burger I’ve had so far. The flavors were rich, the patty juicy, and everything came together perfectly. Definitely my top choice when it comes to burgers!

This was the best burger experience I ever had and Pablo is the best of the best. He made me feel seen, heard and appreciated. If more places had a Pablo customer service everywhere would be A+ and every place booked and busy just meeting people like him . My first time ever eating Shake Shack but not my last. The burger and spicy fries were AMAZING!!!!!

Order @ kiosk only, take a # card & wait up to 5 min for yr grub. Had 🍄 🍔 & 🍟 milkshake to go! Jeremiah was friendly & helpful, he passed orders out & stocked supplies. Clean counters & tables, TIP WHEN U ORDER, EVEN $3,$5. They all share tips, a rarity I was told. Not cool, most customers def could tip a bit.
