Shake Shack Selden

[I tried this yesterday so thats why i dont have any photos of the food i ate] Food was good and the burger was so good. Service was good! Food came fast! I would recommend here but why is there 3.4 stars??

Food was amazing, service was good very helpful and atmosphere was good, a nice lady came to ask if everything was okay, shout out to miguel he gave great suggestions!

Food was incredible but what really stood out was the service. The GM was genuinely gave the best service we’ve ever gotten at any establishment will absolutely come back here over any other location specifically because of how good he was at his job.

I'm coming to pick up my order. I have two orders. I'm picking up one. I'm asking about the other one. They tell me to wait, saying it will be ready. Then, 15 minutes later, they say they can't see it in the system. They say there's no such order. They're making me wait for nothing. How can such nonsense happen?

What the hell am I supposed to do with this? And they refused to give me my sodas while I waited.
