Shake Shack Short Pump

Had a good experience here. The food was excellent, especially the burger. Ordered at a kiosk, so really didn't have much interaction with the staff. Didn't take overly long to get our food. Buddy liked his shake, my 50/50 lemonade, I couldn't choke it down, wasn't very good, but think that was me and not them, just didn't like the combo.

##Updated Revew## it's a good burger but it's stupid expensive. We got two burgers (single and triple), 1 fry and two drinks (small fountain and large pomegranate basil). IT WAS $44!!!!! With tip. Tip? You order your own food, you get your own water, you bus your own table. Hell, I should be getting the tip. I really don't understand what all the hate is about. Stopped in in spite of the negative reviews. I was a little taken back by not having counter service and having to put in my own order. So much for jobs. And the interface was not as intuitive as it could have been. After 16 min. ( a long time for "fast" food but they just opened so gonna give them a pass on this one) My $16.50 Double Cheeseburger and Fries arrived. First time at a Shake Shack. Waited over 20 min for two burgers. Fries were room temp. $30 for two burgers and two sodas. Not good value or service for the money. There was one sweet lady with nice attitude.

I have been to several Shake Shacks and they all seem to be very busy. This one struggles a bit with the volume and keeping things clean. Although service is a bit slow due to handling customers, I have not gotten an incorrect order except for today. My burger was also cold. I suspect because they were waiting for fries because they were blazing hot all just under $50 for two people. There are full service restaurants serving equally good burgers for the same money.

It was my first time eating at this location and my experience was really bad. I first ordered a burger, a grilled cheese and the fries and forgot to leave a tip. I don't know if it's because I didn't leave tip, but when I received my order, the bread for grilled cheese was burnt. I requested it to be remade. I decided to order a drink later and I left them a tip for remaking the grilled cheese. However, I won't be back to this location.
