Shake Shack Studio City

Clean, consistent, and easily the best Shake Shack I’ve been to in LA. Fresh food, quick service, and reliable every time. This Ventura Blvd location has been the most consistent Shake Shack experience for me. I’ve been to Downtown LA and West Hollywood and those can feel a little hit or miss, but this one always delivers. The ShackBurger was fresh and balanced. Crinkle-cut fries were hot and crispy, and the order came out quickly. Parking can be a little chaotic during lunch, so keep an eye out so you don’t miss it. There is parking in the back on the opposite side of the street behind the restaurant. It does a lot of DoorDash and pickup traffic, but it never feels overwhelmingly busy inside. This Shake Shack location is consistently fresh, fast, and reliable. Ordering is super easy with the self-service kiosks, and I really appreciate how customizable everything is. I selected well-done and added specific instructions—and they were followed perfectly. Our food came out quickly, accurate, and fresh, which is always a win. The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. My son and I were excited to give Shake Shack a try. Even before entering the Studio City, CA location, we were captivated by the sandwich board with the picture of Black Truffle Burger. Once entering, our eyes were once again drawn to the picture of the Black Truffle Burger posted above the cashier station. Our intention was to get a double-double style burger so we could compare it to another burger we are familiar with, but the Black Truffle Burger got us good! And so we ordered. Upon receiving our order, we were surprised how unlike the burgers in the bag were from the photo in the advertisement.  It was so unlike the picture that on our way out, I stopped the cashier (who was now sweeping the floor) and inquired whether we indeed had the Black Truffle Burgers in the bag. I've been to a couple of shake shacks outside of California but this Shake Shack is the best one I've been to so far! The staff were very personable and welcoming. They didn't hesitate to help and always did it with a smile. The food was amazing and looked picture perfect! We dined in on 1/14 at 8pm - so to all the staff there that night, thank you!

They're doing everything right here. For such a new location, that's impressive! Everyone I've interacted with has been friendly & helpful, the vibe is welcoming, & my food has been accurate every time. So happy to have a Shake Shack within walking distance, & even happier that everyone here is doing such a wonderful job~ Also FYI - there's parking in the back. There is a small sign, but in case you miss it, the way in is next to the Sweetgreen :)
