Shake Shack Westfield Montgomery Mall

This is my first time at Shake Shack as I’ve always wanted to try their food. Their food reminds me of 5 Guys, but with a twist of Hardee’s. I ordered the Avocado Bacon Burger and it was delicious! The burger did not have a lot of juice, but it was above average! Their chicken nuggets have a different taste however, they were kind of salty. As for the honey mustard it’s spot on to Hardee’s! We were right close to the time when they close for the night and they were still available for service. They didn’t give us any kind of qualms about ordering so late which was very nice. The food was amazing. We give it a thumbs up.

Pissed off beyond imagination because there a was huge chunk of metal in my brother Dubai chocolate shake. IT’s negligent and NOT OKAY. It looks like a part of the blenders blade-super dangerous and honestly can’t understand how this happened. We sent an email to shake shack corporate.

Overpriced 4 dollars for a drink is theft. Even if it’s in a mall, at least it was refill free. The chicken sandwich with avocado was alright. Yall aint never gonna fool me again Lol . Also the fries were Salty dot com

I had the cashier logout the minute I was ready to order, kept peeking out to see if I was gone, had me waiting in line for 20 mins to order two Fries which ultimately tasted like burnt oil and ended up throwing away. I saw another customer return 2-3 times to exchange and complain about her order as well. Horrible customer customer service and equally dissapointing food quality!
