Shakey's Pizza Parlor

Yesterday we celebrated my mom’s 87th birthday and she wanted Shakey’s! I grew up in Whittier near one of the Original Shakey’s so the pizza, chicken & mojos brought back some good memories for us. However, the staff at the Chino location by far was exceptional to say the least! From the moment we walked in we felt important and welcomed. They were attentive and the parlor was clean. Every staff member had a smile and courteous and professional attitude. Thank you Marisa for being a positive example for your staff! Cassian thank you for taking such good care of us and Rosa and Mariana you guys made my mom’s birthday extra special. Thank again for making us feel welcomed and not rushed to turn a table! We will be returning soon!

Me and the kids come here often and the service and food is always good. They even sand my bookie happy birthday and gave her ice cream it was really sweet. She had a blast. We had a blast. And the kids love the arcade.

I hadn’t been there in a while, but this visit reminded me exactly why it’s such a standout spot for a casual meal. I was genuinely impressed by the level of customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. I never felt rushed, and their attentiveness struck the perfect balance—present without ever being intrusive. My server, Marissa, was fantastic. She not only suggested great new menu items when I asked but also offered a drink refill before I even realized I needed one. It’s those thoughtful little touches that truly elevate the experience.

This is our go to place when it comes to pizza and games for kids. The food is always good but the service not so good except for today. Today was actually the first time we had a great service, Ciara was very helpful when she took out order and also in the dining area. My husband ask if they could change the channel so he could watch boxing and Ciara made it happen. Not only her but the rest of the crew were very attentive, they all came to our table and check if everything was good, and yes everything was good.

Great service at Shakey’s, Marissa kept coming around to check on us and made sure we had everything we needed. She was super friendly and attentive, and it honestly made our visit so much better. Really appreciated her great customer service.
