Shane's Rib Shack

This is our favorite place to eat. We usually dine in, but tonight we decided to get takeout. When we got back home, we realized that the wings we ordered weren't separated by flavor. We ordered 5 mild wings and 5 BBQ, but they were all mixed together. It was disappointing. Also, a staff member was being rude to a new employee, which I found unprofessional. She was telling him everything he was doing wrong in front of everyone. We will be back though like I said we eat here sometimes more than once a week.

I can rate this place high enough. Enjoyed a BBQ burger combo with some delicious peach tea and some cayenne hot sauce provided at their condiment table. The man at the front counter, Mark seemed like he was running the front all by himself while the cook(s) worked in the back. The man was a joy to talk to and was extremely friendly! This place has that friendly southern hospitality you look for in any restaurant. I would love to come back here over and over again. Burger was incredible and the fries were crisp and fresh.

6/27 - Update: from 2 stars to on for no response. Very disappointed.. The ribs were dry, tough and tasted old. They didn't give me ANY sauces with my order. The chicken strips were far from tender and also very dry (no sauce). Mac and cheese was pretty average. Baked beans were pretty good. Fried okra was fried okra. Pulled pork was pretty decent but again NO SAUCE..

Great food nice atmosphere friendly service at a good price

Simply put, if I want a seriously good burger without having to leave the city then Shane's is my go-to. Cashiers are always insanely friendly and make sure you get exactly what you want. I generally stick with my usual order of the cowboy burger with fries and the burger is always cooked well (usually med-well or well done) and is super juicy, plus they're some of the biggest burgers I've ever had. I also usually grab the sweet bbq sauce and dip everything in it. The bbq chicken and pork are pretty average for a bbq place in my opinion, but I also haven't had it as often to really weigh in on their average taste so it may be different from my experience. We've also ordered the chicken tenders and they're... tenders. Crunchy. Little dry. Not really much flavoring in the breading. It helps
