My teenage son had the chicken tenders. They are good size but a little too thick. Decent flavor. I had the bbq sandwich. I liked that it was on Texas toast instead of a bun. You definitely get a lot of meat and it was juicy and tender. Personal opinion was the bbq sauce was bland as well as the mac-n-cheese being very bland. Overall a decent meal.

I love customer service, the peach cobbler, and the baked beans! I can eat those baked beans for days. The bread and the ribs, however, was room temperature. The bread was not freshly made or toasted, and the ribs was tasty and juicy but not warm. The mac and cheese was ok. I hope they get better, the side dishes and deserts were great; I wish the main dish was better.

Extremely disappointed in the service I received today. I Couldn’t even wait Another minute to do this Google review. Ive eaten at this location before and I’ve had great times and great service. But this time was pure trash. My wife ordered while I waited in the car with our four month old, expecting this to be fast food. We swapped and I went inside, it took 43 minutes to get our food. Received a sorry apology for the wait. Got home to realize they forgot some of our food. They missed my baked beans and they missed the two tenders from my wife’s platter. I drove back to the store and received the rest of my order. The only thing that I was given for all of my inconvenience was a dang gone, honey mustard sauce. TRASH. Terrible customer service. I visited Shane's Rib Shack for the final time today, having been there on multiple occasions prior. Despite ordering Fries with cheese and pork, I was brought Loaded fries instead. Furthermore, the dish contained an unwanted extra protein source, a bug. Upon notifying the manager, she offered to remake the order, which I declined due to loss of appetite. She graciously offered a refund, proceeded to process it, and informed me that the amount would be credited back to my card. Subsequently, I checked the restaurant's health inspection score, which was 88. This experience has led me to echo a well-known phrase: CLEAN UP.

Ya’ll complain about anything! Ya’ll do know this is not a fast food restaurant right? And that you do have to wait sometimes just like at any other restaurant such as Longhorn etc. The food is always great, fresh. I mean, if you don’t wanna wait just leave. There is always a little wait when I go but I don’t mind because I know the food is going to be fresh. Good food and good customer service
