Unfortunately updating my review. Not sure I can ever come back here. This place used to be a great value. A bit cheaper than other boba shops and with extended hours which comes in helpful in the summer. I was in last Monday with my wife and noticed a sharp increase in prices. That’s fine, costs of things is going up. But now the price is the same or higher than other shops. What really bothered me was the really bad customer service. 2 employees, each completely disengaged, in sour moods, with AirPods in their ears. I’m shocked a business would tolerate customer facing employees to stand there and not smile while listening to music in one ear. Super sad. Wishing them all the best. Not for me.

🔰Ambiance - The establishment is observing the new normal standards and as well as everyone who goes in for a to go drink. Although, the place is sooo hot. Its probably because their AC is off or broken. 🔰Service -the staffs are very quick and responsive. 🔰Taste - I sure do love their Okinawa Milk tea! Their boba isnt too sweet and is just cooked perfectly, soft and chewy. 🔰Over all Experience - I visit this place every weekends and it doesn't disappoint. Although I have to say sometimes the person at the cashier is rude.

Excellent service with decent milk tea flavor. The cashier was so nice and welcoming. My husband wanted to try the Peach Kiwi Tea but he never had kiwi flavor in his drink before. She confirmed they could remake it for you if you were not happy with the drink (I don’t want to bother anyone, but if you want to have your drink remake, don’t be shy to ask. Only when it’s slow also. Don’t be such an annoying person when its busy). I get a classic milk tea with black tea. They were both good. We live in Sacramento but we go to the Bay Area pretty often. I would say Sharetea is not the best in the area, but the service gets my heart, today.

This place literally NEVER fails to have absolutely delicious boba every time i go there. All of their teas are so yummy no matter what and they have such variety in all their flavors and a wide selection of toppings too. This is always my go-to place for boba, and I think the bobas are also the perfect texture. Highly recommend!

The door dash came in a nice bag with both of our bobas! This was my first time so my friend offered me some, so I said yes I don’t really like the flavor she got me because it gave me a coffee flavor and I don’t really like coffee, (also the flavor is Taro Pearl Milk Tea) So if you don’t like coffe flavors I recommend keeping away from the taro milk tea, but it was still good and I might buy from here again!!
