Sharko'S BBQ

Crowded space but outdoor seating.The three meats and one side $21 . Pork and ribs were days old, dry no flavor. Brisket was hard and lacked flavor. Mac n cheese was watery and pasta soft. Pickles were perfect and buttermilk coleslaw was watery but ok.

We picked up Sharko's BBQ at the DG location and brought it home to eat. The ribs, pulled pork and sauces were awesome! We gobbled up the baked beans, very tasty, even for a 10 year old boy who is picky. The Mac n cheese is very saucy/creamy if you like that style, but we would choose a different side next time. The brownie was also very delicious. We will definitely be back as it was quick, easy to order in-person and close to home. The online ordering could use more descriptions for the meal deals. You are also not able to just see the menu on the website, you have to go into the ordering platform. Overall great meats and sauces that are worth going back for.

This was quite literally the best BBQ I’ve ever had in the state of Illinois including all Chicago spots I’ve been to. I will be stopping every time I drive by. Amazing meat, incredible sauces!!

I tried the baby back ribs and brisket. Both were amazing. I had them dry and dipped the ribs in the Sassy BBQ sauce. The sauce was also delicious. My daughter also loved the creamed corn and corn bread. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. I highly recommend Sharko’s

I had the sampler plate; ribs, brisket, chicken. 1 side, I had Brussel Sprouts. Others had brisket sandwich. I had Sweet& Sour sauce. It was very good. We will try again soon with more information.
