Sharks Fish & Chicken Roosevelt

I love the food. Need to update the menu online tho had me cursing these folks out cause the online menu got the wrong prices. And get more dedicated worker. Other than that I love them.

The young lady that worked there is really nice she was so busy she was answering the phones taking orders during the drive-thru and the front counter she was real nice and the guy she was working with was in the back office doing whatever he had to do so I give her props but the food is not good the chicken wings are very small the fish no flavor. This place used to be really really good but they have really lost their taste this is my last time ever going back there again.

We wanted to get food before heading to our hotel. In comes Shark's. They have a better variety of seafood than our local franchise and were excited about trying some. We tried ordering some of the things off their menu, but they were either out or it wasn't on their menu anymore. So we ordered different items, including drinks and paid. However, we weren't given the bottles nor cups to get our drinks, not to mention they were out of ice. There was absolutely no further communication from the cashier after that. About 20 minutes later, we get our food and head back to the hotel room. The food is hot and tasted pretty good with the seasoning they used before bagging it up. Definitely better than Long John Silver's for sure. Just wish the rest of the experience was positive, too.

I'm visiting family from Texas. I pulled up this restaurant on Google, it had me order through Seamless. It said my order would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived, they lady was rude and told me that they didn't receive an order. I informed her and showed her my email, text and the Seamless website to confirm the order. I even pulled it up on Google to show her that Seamless is a 3rd party order service from Google. She told me to "cancel my order" and "she don't know what to tell me". I will never come back to this place. Disrespectful and rude at the highest order.

The staff was friendly, but not very sanitary. Bathrooms were out of order or locked shut. Some of the fish was aged. There was bread, smelled soured, under the paper. Fries were okay, and the bits of fish that were fresh tasted okay. It's obviously convenient and liked by that community because it had plenty of customers. The place could use TLC. They were generous with the hot sauce and tartar sauce
