I placed my order in advance, fully aware that this is a cloud-kitchen concept. When I arrived to pick it up, my order was nowhere to be found. I tried calling the listed phone number multiple times, but no one answered. I then asked the people present at the location for help, and they repeatedly questioned whether I was at the correct place. They attempted to contact the worker assigned to this kitchen, only to realize that the person wasn’t even on-site. There was no accountability, no communication, and no resolution. This was, without question, the worst pickup experience I’ve ever had. There was no tables, no counter, no staff, just kiosks system and lockers. If you’ve never been here, good luck figuring it out. The place is a pickup hub for multiple restaurants, with no sign for the one you’re looking for. Menus and screens are confusing, restaurants aren’t listed alphabetically, and there’s no search bar. We spent 10+ minutes just finding Shawarma Press on page 2 of 11. They forced 15% tip for zero service. Our wraps were $15.99 each here but only $9.99 online at their John Creek location. Midtown location isn’t even listed for online orders on their website. Food was mediocre: chicken wrap was okay, beef & lamb wrap had an overpowering lamb smell, cheese tart was dry and bland. This place is located in some sort of ghost kitchen, along with several other eating spots. When I got there, it was my first time learning what it was - a singular kitchen of some sort where all these food places prepare their food (I could be wrong). The pick-up area was a nightmare, there is virtually nobody there to assist you for your order. You have to use some kiosk to pull up your order by either manually entering in confirmation number (mine didn't work), or facing your order page towards the camera on the kiosk (didn't recognize anything). After waiting for 30+ minutes after my pickup time, the order hadn't even started preparation (according to the order status on my email confirmation). I ordered my food from DoorDash. It looks like my back big temper with I caught up to the store. They didn't answer. I had to call quite a few times. Also, I tasted my Mediterranean salad. Everything in the salad was old dry. I wish I can post a picture. I'm going to try just don't order here. They just want Your money

Ordered BOGO on uber eats this was not honored. Food is only acceptable in quality; there are better shawarma and halal places in town for sure
