Shawarma Press - Plano

I ordered the Chicken Shawarma meal with fries for delivery and was honestly disappointed. The chicken was extremely dry and clearly overcooked, which made the meal difficult to enjoy. It lacked the juiciness and flavor you expect from a good shawarma. The meal was supposed to come with garlic sauce, but none was included. That was especially frustrating since the sauce is a key part of the dish. The fries were also delivered without ketchup, and there wasn’t even an option to add it during checkout. You’d assume basic condiments would be included — but they weren’t. For $16.22, this felt like poor value. Ordered a 7” shawarma expecting to see a normal thickness wrap and what I got should be illegal to be called a shawarma. Wait time was around 20 minutes (for 2 and fries). They gave my order to somebody else and when that person returned it they didn’t remake it but just passed us the order.

Delicious. Good service. Clean! Ordered a quick take out shawarma platter with lemonade. Big fan of their toum (garlic sauce) to dip the shawarma and fries. Lemonade was nice and tart! Give them a try :)

We were warmly welcomed when we visited the restaurant. They patiently answered all our questions while taking our orders and were very helpful. Our meals arrived quickly and at the perfect temperature. Everything was incredibly delicious. The restaurant, tables, trays, and all utensils were very clean. Thank you for your attention to hygiene and your friendly service. We will definitely be coming back!

Wasn't the greatest thing I've ever had. My 4 year old took two bites and said "no more mama, is gross." The tomatoes inside made the tortilla wet. It was an overwhelming flavor of just watery tomato and onion. The size wasn't worth the price. I waited roughly 12 minutes for only one item. The menu says iced tea. Which I paid for. But no iced tea in the place except the sugary one from the fountain drinks. 👎 Not ever coming back .
