Personally know Rita the owner. Her attention to detail and love for what she has is unmatched. She also literally has the best Baklava I’ve ever had. So many different flavors. The granola is amazing as well. She has so many options. She also does corporate events and also corporate gifts. She is THE person to go to. Way better than a box of chocolates.

I attended an event recently who catered the BEST baklava I’ve ever had and unfortunately there wasn’t a business sticker on the plastic container so, I made it my mission to find out who made them so I could support their business. After an extensive google search, comparing photos, and speaking with Rita, I found out she was the amazing mystery baker. Not only is she an amazing baker but she is an amazing person as well. She took me in even though she was closed for the day and was on a zoom call. I felt terrible but she made me feel comfortable and even gave me sample the traditional honey walnut and caramel cashew crunch. I bought a box of 12 of the traditional honey walnut and I’m eating them with my husband as I type this. My husband doesn’t like baklava but “Sheer Ambrosia Bakery” h
