Please Read William Wilberforce’s “A practical view of the prevailing religious system of professed Christians, in the higher and middle classes in this country, contrasted with real Christianity” or “True Christianity” or “Practical View” Please oh please have a copy of this in the library and study it and explain to city hall your thoughts on anything. This book may help connect your synapses to better benefit your foresight

The Shepherd public library is a great place. The people who work there are wonderful. They will be able to help you with whatever you need. With plenty of events for people and plenty of books you are guaranteed to find something you like at the public library.

We love our little library! I have lived in major cities and frequented their libraries and although it’s small here, the ladies who work there are wonderful and the selection of kid’s books isn’t bad. They have always treated me and my daughter with kindness and respect.

Friendly librarian , but smaller and less selection than expected even for the rural aspect of the area. Great looking computer lab but out of towners have to pay an annual rate for library cards- so no go for me. Did find two cool books for sale

Great place to check out a book, work on computers, make copies, fax, and scan documents. Affordable, and they always have special things going in for the kids to do. Nice friendly, knowledgeable ladies working behind the counter.
