She's Got Crabs

Crab meat is sweet and steamed to perfection. Also, not sure if you usually have to order ahead but both times the pick up was a breeze for dinnertime on a weekend. I usually get the larges.

Called and ordered a dozen LARGE crabs.. got home to discover what I paid for and got we're two very different things.. when I called and asked if there was possibly a mix-up I was told that these are indeed the "large" crabs, per Louisiana guidelines, but if I want they will give me a credit for 20-25$. Why did they offer that credit so freely? Because they know they are lying to their customers and over charging them for what they are receiving. Huge disappointment. Even if I wasn't moving next week, there is no way I would ever go back to this place. Crabs are tiny, barely any old Bay seasoning, and they are pretty much empty inside, they are so incredibly lite in weight. Would not recommend whatsoever to anyone!

We initially posted a bad review because the "large" crabs were very small, light, dry, and just not very good in general. I was contacted by the owner and offered another order of crabs - free of charge. The replacement crabs were terrific! They were large, heavy, moist and they tasted great. Thanks for making things right. We will definitely be return customers.

I first tried She's Got Crabs too a couple of years ago. Needless to say I've never gone anywhere else after that. The steamed crabs are phenomenal. They're just that good! Their prices are the best in the county. The quality of the crabs are top notch and the customer service is even better. These guys really know what appreciating the customer means. They'll not only provide you with paper table coverings and mallets , they'll even load them in the car for you and tell ya how to keep them so they dont get soggy on the way home. I can't say enough great things about them. I very highly recommend. You wont be sorry.

I got a dozen of the female crabs yesterday and for this early in the season they were really meat and mustard packed. My family will only he ordering crabs from She's got crabs from now on. More than fair prices as well. Can't wait to try the larges! Also, live they give out mallets and paper at no charge. What a great way to run a successful business.
