Highly recommend!! Great local bakery with fresh, tasty pastries. They even have little samples for the kids. Super clean place with lots of seating room and friendly staff. We’ve liked everything we’ve tried and there are some very creative options like biscoff croissants, giant mochi donuts, and pizza baguettes. We plan to come back and get custom birthday cake.

I ordered a cake from Shilla recently! A good friend of mine was moving away and it was really important to me that we got a cake that matched the theme! The cake design process was super easy and they were super understanding and thorough with what I wanted! The cake was gorgeous and tasted even better!!! I left a 5-star review when Shilla Bakery first opened because I truly wanted to support them. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. A few days ago, I stopped by around 10 a.m. to buy Japanese-style bread, but there was not a single loaf available. I went again today, October 24, around 11 a.m., and once again, there was no bread at all. Typically, Japanese or Korean milk bread is the most popular item and should be freshly baked and ready in the morning. When I asked an employee why there was no bread even close to lunchtime, they simply said they didn’t know — with no effort to explain or help. It’s clear that most of the staff have little to no knowledge about the bakery items and seem to care only about selling coffee. The overall management of this
