ShiMiaoDao Yunnan Rice Noodle (十秒到云南过桥米线)

This is definitely an authentic spot for Yunnan Rice Noodle. The service was speedy and efficient. We had smash cucumber salad and it was really good. I had Golden Hot and Sour chicken noodle soup. The noodle soup came out steaming hot so be careful. It was spicier than I thought but I still find the soup flavorful. I wish it was served with more asian vegetable.

ShiMiaoDao Yunnan Rice Noodle is a solid spot for a comforting bowl of rice noodles, especially if you’re craving something warm and flavorful. The wait time might be a downside during peak hours, When we first went there on a Friday evening, it was about a 45-minute wait. The star of the meal was undoubtedly the Golden Beef Brisket Rice Noodles. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the beef brisket was tender and well-seasoned. The rice noodles had the perfect texture, making it a comforting and satisfying dish. For appetizers, we ordered the cucumber salad and the crispy fried pork. While both were decent, they didn’t quite reach the same level as the main dish.

First time visiting this store after holiday shopping, there was no wait time necessary because we visited in a non-peak time. We ordered different favorite soup bases, each of us are very satisfied, we tried multiple similarly rice noodle restaurants in different states, and this one is very authentic, the soup bases are rich, ingredients and side dishes are good in variety choices. I wish it comes a traditional side dishes that we can just add into the soup base in sequence by ourselves. We also ordered appetizer to share, it was crispy and right amount of seasoning. Overall, we had a great experience, food was good, customer service was good, prices are decent, and the atmosphere is good. Recommend to try.

This spicy noodles soup is extremely delicious! I ordered the Mala fish noodles, and it was hot and yummy. The portion is quite large, and if you order the spicy noodles, will need lots of water to drink.

This is one of the top restaurants in the area that I visited this year. I ordered #3 soup noodle while my friend got pickled cabbage and sliced fish rice noodles. The broth for my noodle was so good that I saved the leftover so I can make more noodles for it at home. With good service and amazing food, I plan to come back and try another soup base.
