I had the opportunity to dine at Shingo to celebrate my 50th birthday with my wife, and it was an unforgettable experience. We chose the omakase set menu, and every single course was incredible—carefully crafted, perfectly balanced, and truly second to none. The quality of the ingredients, the precision, and the attention to detail throughout the entire experience were outstanding. From start to finish, it was a fantastic evening and easily one of the top three Japanese omakase experiences I have had so far. A well-deserved five stars. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience.

absolutely excellent food and service. food quality unheard of in miami, usually reserved to japan. one suggestion: tell guests to honor the setting and thus adjust their speaking volume to a normal level, instead of screaming.

The food at Shingo was exceptional—easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Miami. From start to finish, the staff made everything feel seamless and genuinely pleasant. They were incredibly attentive without being overbearing, and every detail was handled with care. Each plate was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The quality and freshness of the fish were simply unmatched. I also appreciated how each course was explained with intention, adding depth to an already outstanding meal. Best experience I've ever had. Being there and seeing Shinto making the pieces of art in front of my eyes was extraordinary. The waitress noticed I'm lefty and started to fix all the table to fit my strong hand and it was so special.
