Shipley Do-Nuts

Got a glazed, chocolate icing, and a cinnamon sugar. Cut a piece off each. Eeeyuck. Neither of them were good. The glazed had so much glaze in certain parts of the donut it was just a pure bite of sugar. The worst one was the cinnamon sugar. Nearly tasteless. Won’t go back. Eeeyuck.

I had a great experience at Shipley Do-Nuts! The service was amazing from start to finish. The staff was friendly, attentive, and truly made customer service a top priority. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained, which made the visit even more enjoyable. All of the signage was clear and easy to read, making ordering quick and simple. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location!

The General Manager is such a horrible individual..! She's a taller, dark skin, black hair lady. Every time I go in and shes there, she always what seems like to be in a bad mood..with her mean and straight looks and rude mouth. I always try to avoid going if shes there. I've been going for months to this Shipleys and go one to two times a week..! And go to this one, cus of the route I travel. As I was telling the lady I normally talk to, how ugly and rude their general manager was (which she was there listening close by) heard me complaining about her and decided to confront me and at that point I had enough from her..! I was upset and she just kept smiling and laughing at me like if what I said was amusing to her. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL..AT ALL..! AND A POOR EXCUSE OF A GENERAL MANAGER..!

I am a born and raised Texan for over 70 years. Shipley Donuts or a staple of Texas and the best donuts in the world. I love the plain glazed, of course, but really love their giant Apple fritters.

I went after Church at 8am Sunday morning. The person who waited on me was rude. I asked for a half dozen and she got the dozen box. Apparently didn't understand me but didn't ask. The doughnuts were not fresh. Will not be returning!
