Worst ever! The receipt says “Lily” was the cashier. This women was so rude … told me because she couldn’t figure out how to separate the buttons on her register I had to pay for Jalepeno Kolache cost instead of just cheese for the dozen I purchased. Her lack of training essentially costs me more (even if it is just a bit, it’s the principle). Then when I question her about it she just kept shrugging her shoulder and saying “I don’t know, I just don’t know). Then we ordered a drink that she forgot. I asked her for creamer for my large coffee and she told me she only had 4 left… 4 left in the entire store… really…🙄

This location does a good business from people who are either lazy or don’t know any better. Find a mom and pop donut shop… Always better! No chocolate cake donuts in stock when I visited. How is that even possible? Paid seven dollars for two chocolate twists that were stale. My own fault… Sitting in the line at Starbucks I had a moment of weakness and now I know to avoid that in the future.

The last three times I’ve been Here the donuts have not been fresh. They have been cold and hard, as if they’ve come out of a refrigerator. It seems like they’re selling day old donuts. They may be making donuts fresh but they’re making them for the next day apparently. I typically do a chocolate coconut and or an apple fritter. Everything was cold and hard. The Apple fritter from them was unlike anything I’ve ever seen. It looked more like a bear claw. It was shaped like a brick and as hard as a brick, eight dollars for five donuts That were hard as a rock and cold like they came out of a refrigerator. Makes you wonder how all these mom and pop donut shops can make fresh donuts, daily nice and soft like a doughnut supposed to be with generally two people running it. Then you have old Ship

I will not be back here. The worst service I have ever had at a donut shop. No greeting when you walk in then started to order asked for one donut got it then the person walked away to work on the drive thru customer. As I stood there waiting for someone to help finally she came back over but passed us off to another girl who looked annoyed to even be here. I was still needing to order more it took asking her 4 times for the rest. Then I was told that they are out of 3 things that I tried to order. Finally asked what they had as she wasn't going to help at all. After shoving all 6 donuts in ONE small bag and paying I sit down and realize that one order is completely wrong. Then I bite into the cherry filled donut and barely any filling. I would have said something but not worth it at this

I stopped in around 10am on Saturday morning to pick up a blueberry cake donut and a lemon donut. The store and drive through were moderately busy, but I was greeted quickly and had my donuts in 5 minutes. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable too. I was pleased with the wide selection of donuts to choose from-they offer a variety of glazed donuts and many cake donuts. The lemon donut was delicious, but the blueberry cake donut was absolutely outstanding-one of the best I’ve had. Looking forward to returning and trying the other flavors!
