Shipley Do-Nuts

The new shop is cute and reminds me of Krispy Kreme. We didn't go often before the tornado because the donuts were tiny. This visit was us giving it another chance after the re-build. While the service and atmosphere are good, the donuts are lacking. They don't have old fashioned donuts. The filled donuts have barely any filling inside. And most disappointing of all is the apple fritter. It didn't look like an apple fritter, nevertheless I gave it a shot. But no apple nor even apple flavor was present in that apple fritter. It wasn't crispy like a fritter. It was just an extra large glazed donut with no hole. Sorry Shipley, but we will stick with Jack & Jill.

Great coffee, fast and friendly service. New location looks great. Elena runs a well organized tight ship.

We usually have no issues here. We had an order and asked for 5 glazed blueberry cakes, we received 5 blueberry plain cakes. What made it even more disappointing is they were undercooked and the insides were still all wet dough.

Excellent service. Donuts are always fresh and delicious! Glad to see them open after the tornado.

You need to go see Julie Ann at the rebuilt Shipley's she was awesome
