Reminds me of the days gone by we miss. Good food-service at a fair price. If you are looking for that. Do NOT go here. Door sign states 18% tip is mandatory. Ok, I know we need to take care of wait staff. Next is location is very dated and needs some capital investment. Service inside was bad at best. Salad,soup arrived AFTER chef had started cooking. They offered no sauces to dip food. Refill on drinks was non existent. One wait staff for two tables? I blame owner for that happening. Food service was there to cook and leave. No interaction or wanting to help celebrate a birthday. Then while cleaning the cooking area with water, the stink from the drain line almost made me throw up. It was a raw sewer smell. The food is great every time I've gone. The portion sizes are large, I always leave filling full. The service is a bit off...they often have trouble refilling drinks. You also have to wait to get a table if you have a small party, as they want to fill up the table. Whenever I've gone, the place is dead empty. This could be due to the fact that their website is not listed correctly or the location [hard to get into] and maybe the interior. The interior is very lacking, don't go for the ambience. I go for the food and the price of the meal. It's good food for a good price, cheaper than Red Koi down the street: $7 chicken hibachi with miso soup, salad, veggies and fried rice - compared to Red Koi which is $13 hibachi chicken, salad, veggies, fried rice. and compared Redfish Asian Bistro down

WE HAD A WONDERFUL DINING EXPERIENCE! We’re not local, and based on reviews.. we weren’t sure how the restaurant would be.. but we gave it a chance! And I’m so glad we did! The staff was very courteous and kind, the chef was excellent! The food was remarkable! We’re used to eating Japanese Hibachi/Steakhouse with yum yum sauce.. but we didn’t even need it! Everything was seasoned and cooked so well! The restaurant was nice and clean! We would definitely go back!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

a few years ago, this place was so good. my fiance went in there tonight to order food. he repeated his order multiple times to the man taking his order. once the order was placed, it took 45 whole minutes, just to find out the order was wrong… and not to mention, when he got the bill, they had added a “gratuity” tip as well without even informing us of this. So instead of the total being $45, it bumped the total up to $88. Absolutely ridiculous. So 1) make sure ur getting the orders correct if youre gonna take 45 mins & 2) inform people of the “gratuity” charge beforehand.

This place is horrible. First impression, family and I almost fell on our face trying to make it to our seats due to slippery floors. Waited over an hour for servers. Half the table got food and was done eating by the time the other half of us were served. Kids chicken strips were cold, fries were cold and distasteful. Food was not good at all. Attempted to notify manager multiple times which he seemed too preoccupied assisting other parties. Did not care about our complaints. Asked for refund for kids food and was only given more stale fries and strips, which I would not allow anyone to eat. Will never attend this place again.
