Shoo Loong Kan Hot Pot (Carrollton)小龙坎火锅

Amazing hotpot experience! We tried the Golden Chicken soup and Tom Yum soup with veggies of our choice - both were incredibly flavorful and comforting. Portions are generous (à la carte), and you can take leftovers home, which is a plus. I was down with a cold and this meal felt so soothing. The ambiance is relaxed, service is quick and friendly, and the unlimited sauce bar is great. Don’t miss the fried chicken and spring rolls - they’re outstanding. Highly recommend!

This is our first time here. The food quality was great and tasted very good. We ordered two types of soups. They have source bar with wide variety of sources. They also have variety of free snacks and dessert. The service was very nice as well. They come to check on us very often. The restaurant itself is very big and very crowded too. We really like. It is kind of pricey for five of us.

I took my family to Shoo Loong Kan for the first time, and I was truly impressed with both the service and the quality of the food. We were greeted by friendly staff and seated quickly. Khang was our server, and he was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive throughout our meal. He helped us choose their signature dishes and even made a special dipping sauce for us and it was absolutely fire. He checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. During our meal, Ryan, the assistant manager, also stopped by to ensure everything was going well. We had an amazing experience and will definitely be coming back.

I was looking at AYCE hot pot places and either was looking at Hai di lao or here. I wanted to try something new and I don't regret it at all. AYCE is $42.99 Mon-Fri before 5 pm and after 9 pm. I was alone so it was a lot to consume by myself but I paced and managed the flow. I choose tomato, beef tallow medium spicy, and Tom yum. Tomato broth was very thick. I had to ask to thin it with water and it was still thick after that. Beef tallow and Tom yum were great. I had lamb shoulder and Kobe beef tongue and they were both delicious cuts of meat. There were only a small disappointing things during my stay which was the soda that was $2.99 which was non refillable and you cannot control the food portions when ordering like half the size. There aren’t a lot of great hot pots in the DFW area but this place hit the spot. High quality meats and best soup base in my opinion. Went there for a second time just to make sure it’s consistent and it was. Spivey Beef broth and Tum yum were our favorites.
