We’ve always enjoyed coming to **Shor Restaurant** at the **Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa**, especially on weekends. It’s one of our favorite places to visit once in a while. The ocean view is beautiful, and their waffles with mixed berry syrup are absolutely delicious — definitely something we look forward to every time. Today’s experience, however, was a little different from what we’re used to. Our server was an older lady who seemed okay at first, but after bringing our coffee, she didn’t check back on us. We didn’t have brown sugar on the table, so I had to look for her to ask for some. She said okay, but never brought it, and I ended up getting sugar from another table myself. We were staying in the hotel and needed breakfast very early because of an early tour, so we chose Shor for their breakfast buffet because of their convenient location and they open early. The food was all so delicious (especially the bacon, they cook bacon right). The service was very attentive and friendly. The view was a welcoming start for the day, and the buffet filled us up for a full day of exploring the island.

Not directly in the beach like I wanted it but still an ok view. Excellent brunch buffet. A little pricey but what should you expect on the beach of waikiki

Restaurant was very clean and organized. Food was fresh and hot, the only problem I had was the variety of food. Service was top tier and so was the views from the deck.

I wasn't too sure after reading some of the reviews, but I had to try for myself. I had fish of the day twice, once with the mahi and then the snapper. The plates did not disappoint. The fish was perfectly cooked, and the lemon sauce was good. The lobster tail was also great. Had the gelato and the taro cheesecake, nothing to brag about, but it was good. The drinks were not as strong. The pineapple pie was my favorite dessert. Ryan was great.
