Shoreline Cafe & Catering

I visited Shoreline for the first time tonight after driving by many times. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on focaccia to pick up.. and since sides at most places are tiny, I ordered an extra.. both Cole Slaw and Macaroni Salad. Well the sides are large and so is the sandwich. Two whole chicken breasts with mozzarella and honey mustard. All very delicious! But way too much for me to finish in one meal. I’m saving half of it for lunch. It was a great choice to visit Shoreline! I will return!!

Each visit to Shoreline Cafe is a great one. Whether I'm picking up take-out or eating in the restaurant with family I know I'm in for a great meal. I've consistently had great service and food here to the point where I bring all my out of town friends in when they come visit. As it relates to the menu, there is a ton of different options including a salad bar and even some of the best and biggest cookies around.

I’ve been going here over 10 years and it’s time to make this review. The staff here messes up your simple order 80% of the time because they simply don’t speak English. As a person who immigrated here from a war torn region, and learned English, I ask you do better. Not only is learning English one of the easiest things I’ve ever done, it’s the fact that if you’re going to work in a customer service role, you might want to learn the basics. How a buffalo chicken sandwich becomes tenders after the call girl literally spoke out “sandwich” is beyond me. The foods decent if they can get it right, but the truth is, they can’t.

Shoreline catered our wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we made. Our guests are still raving about the food, the service was unbelievably accommodating and thoughtful, and they did an amazing job. Thank you Dena and team!!

0 star I have been coming to Shoreline for years and have never experienced such rude customer service. One of the women (shown in picture) has been nothing but rude to my sister and i multiple times now. Gives dirty looks since she recognizes us because we used to be loyal customers. NOW never again. I’m not sure if she owns the place or a minimum wage worker who takes the job way too seriously. She is rude about NOTHING, and i can’t keep quiet about it. I’ll be waiting in line ready to pay and instead of helping me and the line behind she answers the phone and takes an order instead of placing them on hold. I refuse to take the disrespect for some mediocre food.
