Shredder’s Lair

I've been to Shredder's a couple times now and I’m honestly so impressed! Part coffee shop, part bar, part music shop, all very rad. The space is unique and visually pleasing without feeling try-hard- every detail feels intentional. The coffee program is legit (not just an afterthought), and the cocktails are just as thoughtful and balanced. Trust me, try the bacon, egg, & cheese cone. It sounds wild, and it is, but it absolutely works. Salty, crispy, cheesy perfection! Lastly and possibly most important, they have soft serve. And you can get it with a shot of fernet poured over top....Need I say more? Such a fun, fresh addition to the neighborhood. Can’t wait to go back!

I got a soft serve ice cream, and I was offered sprinkles without even having to ask. They have a lot of other snacks and beverage options. The atmosphere is really unique (in a good way!), and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

This place deserves an Oscar for best set design, best service, and best drinks. I’m definitely going back. All the humans are so kind and smart and talented. I can’t believe I live close to such a place.

This morning was my second time in and the espresso was dialed in really nicely, great way to start the day 🤙 also the cold brew with the lapsang cold foam is DELICIOUS

By far the best oyster flight I’ve had in Chattanooga.
