To begin with we didn't exactly get off to the best start, I made a reservation trying to be smart and make sure I had a seat amongst the happy couples on Valentine's Day. Now I already wasn't feeling good about being canceled and I really didn't like the part where it was suggested. I did something wrong by not confirming something, definitely could have did without that part. Being single on this day but to have my reservation canceled made me feel worse. It was giving. We don't want some sad single sack hanging around here. Now I was quickly greeted with customer service and managers so I believe them. Overall a nice place but very pricey for what you get. I expected better for spending almost $100 a person. We went during happy hour but sat in the dinning area because we were there for dinner. Wanted to try one of their liquor flights. We were told we could only have it if we moved to the bar area. However we could have the wine flight at our booth if we wanted. My take is we were not "offsides" but rather the restaurant was guilty of "illegal procedure" as we were literally 20 feet from the bar. Apparently hard liquor in a flight formation is against the rules and flagged while dinning and spending almost $200 on food. 🙄🤷 Our waitress was polite and took our order well. We are here from “cold” Chicago, so to be able to sit outside and eat in February is a real treat! The surrounding were quiet enough for my husband to get work done and take a few calls. The service was excellent and my lunch bowl was amazing! I don’t eat meat and they were happy to accommodate me. My husband had a Greek salad with chicken that he said was good as well.

Our 1st time here,Christmas Day. Our service was great. Food, sides were average. Ordered the prime rib, $50 for a small piece of well done prime rib. Was told at end of day ALL prime rib is well done. Guess they didn’t think we’ve ever had prime rib in the evenings other places. Lol! Husbands steak was well done although we ordered it med. They told us, to dig around in the middle of steak, that part was medium. We just laughed and asked them to re-cook. Manager came by, apologized, and bought us 2 drinks for our troubles. But now we know, just don’t order red meat there. I would say below average for the price. Staff was nice tho.

A wanna be 5 star restaurant that does Not know how to prepare a French 75! Rude servers and unkind manager. First, waited almost 10 mins for someone to greet me, ask what I wanted to drink without even care if I had a menu. All I wanted was one drink and a small appetizer and leave home. Long day. This restaurant needs to step up specially if you run a Business inside a hotel. I recommend all of you to go Grafton Street Pub, more warm and yes they did me a nice FRENCH 75. Common, be classy you!
