Sicola's Florist

I ordered an arrangement for my wife's birthday from 800-flowers and they dispatched to Sicola's Florist for the order to be processed. I was horrified at what I received and it was quite embarrassing as I go ALL OUT on my wife's birthday. I attached two pictures of what I received and one beautiful picture of what it was supposed to look like. I called the florist directly and she apologized and she was going to send me her contact information so I could forward these pictures but she never did. Luckily, flowers.com refunded my money, but still the damage was done because you only get ONE chance to make an impression and after being married 39 years, this is one birthday that was not impressive at all. The environment was welcoming and professional. The staff demonstrated extensive knowledge and provided excellent assistance. Although I initially overlooked the need to purchase flowers for an upcoming event, I was pleased to discover this charming shop as a result. With only eight minutes remaining before closing, I was still warmly greeted and guided through selecting an ideal arrangement for my occasion. I highly recommend visiting this shop.

They made the most amazing bow for my tree. She made it right in front of me to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. I turned out amazing. Highly recommend. So kind and easy to work with.

We got a corsage for our daughter’s dance here, they were so sweet and accommodating. I forgot to order until the day of and they got it done within a few hours. No other flower shop that I called was able to accommodate that, as a first time flower purchaser, I will be coming here again.

Had a pleasant visit, we were swiftly greeted with the most thoughtful and careful, sweetest staff, we’ve had a very professional, kind lady who helped us choose the right bouquet for our friend’s store grand opening day. We recommend this place for your special occasions cause we’ll definitely be coming back for ours in the future!
