This restaurant is a hidden gem. The ambiance is perfection. Unlike the more boisterous Miami restaurants, this has a quieter atmosphere where guests can have real conversations (and hear each other). The owner plays piano beautifully, providing an experience unlike any other. Very niche restaurant. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience! The food was absolutely the best — fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared. Alejandro and Pamela were outstanding, attentive, and made us feel truly welcomed from start to finish. Everything came out fast, with a smile, and they made the whole night feel special. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent meal. Every bite was delicious and hot from the kitchen. Attentive service to our ordering including patiently answering questions and ensuring gluten free for one celiac in our party. We had carpaccio, Korean steak apps; hanger steak and spinach stuffed salmon for mains. Side of delicious mushroom risotto. And two lovely cocktails. All gluten free but still just the right amount of sauce! Really yummy. Not inexpensive but full of value. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing dinner at Silan this evening. The food was absolutely scrumptious- every dish was super tasty! The service as a whole was excellent, specially Diego, who went out of his way to give us superb service!! I highly recommend Silan when you are in Miami!

We went to Silan for a work retreat dinner. The ambience, service, cocktails and food were all exquisite. The outdoor area was just beautiful as was the restaurant itself. The owner was very involved ensuring great service and accommodation for our large group and my plant-based diet.
