Silo Bakery

While passing through the area and in need of breakfast, we ended up stopping here. There were lots of good looking options to choose from. We each had a breakfast sandwich and split a blueberry muffin. The muffin was pretty good. I had a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. It was ok. I found it odd that the sandwiches are premade and they heat them up. After it was reheated and when I received it, the cheese was stuck to the wrapper and the bottom of the bread was kind of oily. The prices at this place are a little high - maybe it is normal for the area? The staff members were friendly and they seemed very busy while I was there, as there was a steady stream of people. Silo Bakery was a really pleasant surprise. The space is bright, modern, and welcoming, and the cases are packed with fresh baked goods – beautiful breads, croissants, pastries, cookies, and cakes, plus some grab-and-go breakfast items and coffee. Everything looks thoughtfully made and high quality, not just thrown together. It has the feel of a true artisan bakery and a cozy café at the same time. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in town and want something better than your average bakery or coffee shop.r

Yummy yummy yummy 😋, treats for all taste buds! From chocolate crossiants to egg & cheese sandwiches on a brioche bun and everything in between. The espresso is good along with the matching drinks ( hot or cold). You just need to come check it out! Plenty of seating for all, and coloring for the kiddos!

Great new coffee shop, we have come twice in the last 2 weeks, the pastries are good and tasty highly recommended. Im glad is here in the town of Amenia
