Silverlake Ramen

Yummy lunch! Got their new spicy chicken bowl for 9.25! Great portion! Not too spicy :) My boyfriend loves their spicy ramen too! Sweet waitress. Little- no wait for food on a Friday afternoon :) Located in a cute area! Parking may be a little tricky

The BEST ramen in CLT for sure!!! I get the blaze with chicken and extra bean sprouts every single time I go. The spice takes it to another level of flavors and makes me want to come back every single time. The service is usually good, though the newly hired girl is not the most attentive and would forget a lot of things in my previous visits, nor seems to be dressed appropriately to be working in the front. Nonetheless the other workers are amazing and beyond attentive and happy to help. I always recommend this place to everyone!!

Such a great place! Sort of in an awkward location but the ramen is worth it! I got the pork bun and their popular ramen, I can’t remember the name. The broth was super creamy and not too spicy. I got medium heat. Everything tasted fresh, the food also came out quickly and the portion size was big. And to top it off, our waitress was super sweet! I never had to ask for water they just brought it right out and my glass was never empty. Highly recommend if you’re looking for some legit and good quality ramen. My one problem is the limited parking in that spot, we parked on the road and walked.

We ordered the Blaze Ramen bowl with chicken + crispy chicken kaarage. The best popcorn chicken I've had in Charlotte, even compared to competitors like noodle planet in LA. The spice was fire and I chose it to sooth an scratchy throat and chest. We sat outside and it was nice weather out, sans the flies every now and then. I gave it 4 stars because I did find a hair in my ramen bowl, but nonetheless, the flavor was amazing and outstanding. I will definitely be coming back here again. It is such a vibe.
