The food was excellent across the board and the prices were great as well. The fried gyoza was cooked perfectly and paired with a delicious sauce, and the sushi was fresh and well executed. From a food standpoint, everything we ordered was spot-on. That said, as someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for over two decades, the service fell a bit short of the overall quality of the meal. While the servers were friendly and apologetic, several items we requested were forgotten and had to be corrected after the fact, which disrupted the flow of the dining experience. This was my first time coming here and I would say it's an overall OK experience. I do not personally enjoy Ramen but can appreciate it. Compared to other Ramen restaurants in the city, this is someone average. However, I did appreciate their somewhat expansive non Ramen menu they offered. The service here was probably below average but at the end of the day, the food is really what matters. I'd somewhat recommend this place only if the location is convenient.

Silverlake Ramen did not disappoint ! Best Ramen in Orange County! Nothing beats authentic Ramen with an ice cold Happy Dad. Great service and great atmosphere too bring the family. Definitely coming back here again

Loved every dish we ordered! Added on the truffle oil onto the side which was delicious. Also loved the broccolini and bao buns

It’s easy to find in the Irvine Spectrum. And there are so many fusion Japanese side menus can try with Ramen. Most of the dishes were quite good, and suitable for a comfortable family meal. I recommend to try crispy chicken karaage and tsukemen.
