Awesome place. It feels new and fresh, and they really brought life back to this location. Everyone was incredibly nice and welcoming. A couple of the waitresses seemed new, but they were still friendly and attentive, and you could tell they were doing their best. Service felt warm and human, which honestly matters more to me than perfection. The provoleta was excellent, and the bread was great too. The food overall was very good, and the view is beautiful. It is a really nice spot to sit down, relax, and enjoy a meal without feeling rushed. The only small downside for me is that it is not on my usual route, so I have to go a bit out of my way to get there. I had high hopes but didn’t have the best experience. Our waitress said she was new, which is fine for needing improvement. But it seemed like she didn’t have any training at all. Wasn’t familiar with anything on the food menu or the drinks. Didn’t offer us waters. Didn't bring plates for the appetizer. Didn’t say goodbye or have a nice evening. Our cocktails didn’t seem like cocktails. They seemed like a drink you get for $4 at a smoker bar. But cost $11 each. The calamari was okay.. I found it odd that it was laying in another company’s taco wrapper. My fettuccine Alfredo was bland, not much flavor. My veggies were good but cold. Husband said his filet wasn’t cooked properly. Had a great lunch at Silverthorn. Food came fast and was fresh & delicious! The empanadas didn't make it to the pictures, but they're absolutely the best! The staff were also very friendly. I look forward to coming back to trying other options.

As of January 1, 2026 the restaurant formerly know as The Club at Silverthorn has new owners and a new Name: Silverthorn Wine & Grill.. We dined at Silverthorn Wine & Grill during their grand opening on Saturday night, and I was genuinely impressed with what they accomplished in such a short time. With essentially one day to set up and train staff, the experience was remarkably smooth and well executed. The limited menu offered a perfect sneak peek of what’s to come. The $5.30 empanada appetizer was outstanding—served hot, clearly homemade, and full of flavor. I ordered the skirt steak, which was wonderful: perfectly cooked, richly flavored, and paired with a fresh chimichurri that complemented it beautifully. We rented the banquet hall at Silverthorn Restaurant for my husband’s 75th birthday, and everything was absolutely perfect. The new owners were extremely accommodating and made the entire process easy and stress-free. The staff who worked in the room with us were exceptional and very accommodating. The food was delicious, the ambiance was beautiful overlooking the golf course, and the entire experience was wonderful. We highly recommend that everyone come and try the food — you won’t be disappointed!
