Customer Reviews
Margarita pizza was mediocre at best, overcooked. Tried the blueberry pizza as something unique on the menu, looked great, tasted 6/10, can have one time. They served bread and oil which was super soft and fresh.
I tried the truffle and potato pizzas, but I didn't enjoy them much. The crust was overcooked, and the truffle flavor was barely noticeable. I also found the selection of toppings to be quite limited, and the oil served with the bread seemed low quality.
Not worth $30bucks a pizza!! . The center of the pizza was slimey and watery. Sausage was tasteless. Barely any cheese. Probably cost them $1.75each to make this plus gas. Do better.
I’ve been hearing about Silvio‘s for a while from a couple of friends, so we decided to give it a try. It is uniquely situated in the corner of Bush‘s supermarket, but don’t let that fool you. It has a separate entrance and has a very quaint atmosphere. For those who don’t know, Trattoria represents a family run business in both the kitchen and the front end of the restaurant, with homemade food. As we were seated, we noticed a gentleman in the back cooking and making pizzas and found out later that he in fact was Silvio, making the food with his own hands. Our waitress was of course, family as well, and told us that every item on the menu is made from scratch. And it really showed! I had lasagna, which was absolutely fantastic! I would’ve liked a little bigger piece, but it was great. My
Learned the waitress parents are the owners of restaurant. Very authentic Italian. Ate beef stuffed canalloni. Baked so noodles were crispy not soggy drenched in tomato sauce. Dessert was a Bomba, which I’ve never heard of before. Sort of like an Italian paczki with thick dark chocolate cream. Highly recommend
